How We Handle Your Credentials: At-Rest Encryption: Your chosen Username, Password, Client ID, and Client Secret are immediately encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard field-level encryption protocols. Zero Cleartext Storage: Once ingested into our system, all passwords and secrets are immediately run through an irreversible cryptographic hashing function (bcrypt) within our database. We do not, and cannot, store your plain-text passwords or secrets. Third-Party CRM Isolation: Your sensitive credentials (passwords and secrets) are strictly isolated and are never transmitted, synced, or stored within our external tools (such as JotForm) or CRMs (such as HubSpot). Only basic information is synced for Privilege Access API role provisioning. You retain full responsibility for maintaining the uniqueness and complexity of the client credentials you choose to submit.
